EULA for the Ledgr mobile application
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Johnathen Chilcher / Techloom.it LLC ("Licensor").
By installing or using the Ledgr mobile application distributed via Google Play ("App"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor.
An open-source version of Ledgr is available on GitHub under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). This EULA applies only to the App distributed through Google Play. The open-source version is governed solely by its own license terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE APP IS WITH YOU.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
